Bar Council
Allison worked on a project with us at the Bar Council to bring in a new corporate Intranet. We had nothing in the business before and so we started from scratch in terms of generating content.

We decided to recruit a content editor and Allison took on the role over what amounted to almost a 12 month period. Allison helped us build content from scratch with all business units, establish standards and processes around our intranet content development, trained content authors across the business and built a really useful set of guides for our internal teams to work from.
Building the application for the Intranet itself was the easy part – ensuring we launched with rich content was the challenge and we would not have achieved that without Allison’s support, attention to detail and the rapport she developed with the project team and the wider business. I would definitely work with Allison again.
Equality Report
I was also commissioned to research, plan and write a report on Equality at the Bar. This involved attending a major seminar, interviewing delegates, gathering data and research, identifying key themes and condensing this information into accurate and engaging copy.
Allison delivered a fantastic service for me when contracted to write a race equality conference report.

She adopted a pre and post event engagement strategy with stakeholders, in addition to undertaking background research, this ensured that the key issues were understood and reported thoroughly. At the event she was able to take the role of the ‘fly on the wall’ and also engage directly with participants to gather further insights to ensure a quality outcome.
